Our core service is to provide an organized website to send the maximum amount (our goal is one package per week, per Hero) of Care Packages containing preselected items, to deployed soldiers. A virtual storefront has been created which contains common products to send to deployed Heroes. The product catalog is organized in separate categories such as snacks, toiletries, and entertainment.
As an added convenience, the product catalog will also contain “pre-packaged” Care Packs, which include a variety of the most popular items sold. CPFH will constantly maintain and update product selection by adding items that are requested by Heroes or Champions. Also, CPFH will update the product catalog to reflect price changes and discontinued items.
We provide online tools for friends and family of deployed military personnel to:
- Register their hero in our database and choose items to create a gift registry specific to the Hero.
- Friends and family can browse and purchase from a comprehensive product catalog.
- Provide personal items to be included in the Care Package – like digital photos, letters, and even greeting cards (to be printed and included in the Care Pack-Coming soon!).
- Organize and schedule the entire deployment period for the Hero, so friends and family can help their loved one to receive Care Packs throughout their deployment.
- Provide a way for the Hero to communicate back to friends and family to thank them, update their status, or view upcoming Care Packs to increase morale.
The product catalog will allow a Champion (sender of the care pack) to immediately choose and purchase items to send to the Hero for delivery at the scheduled time. The Champion can complete the transaction on line by credit card payment and receive acknowledgement when the Care Package is physically sent.
